Internet based support system with email backup. On-site support is available on a pay-as-you-go basis. Response is guaranteed within 48 hours.

Basic

Our basic support package includes internet based support and adds limited telephone support during working hours. 5 Hours of on/off-site support are included per quarter. Response time is guaranteed at 24 hours.

Intermediate

The intermediate package extends basic support to include 10 hours of on/off-site support per quarter with 24/7 limited telephone support. Response time is guaranteed at 8 hours.

Advanced

The advanced package extends basic support to include 24 hours of on/off-site support per quarter with 24/7 limited telephone support. Response time is guaranteed at 4 hours.
